AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By engaging Seabee RV Mobile Repair & Inspections ("we," "us," or "our") for mobile RV repair or inspection services, you ("customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling or receiving services.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

1.1 Mobile RV Repair Services
We provide on-site mobile RV repair services including, but not limited to:
- Electrical diagnostics and repair (12V & 120V systems)
- Plumbing repairs (leaks, pumps, water heaters, fixtures)
- RV appliance diagnostics and repair (refrigerator, furnace, A/C, water heater)
- Slide-out troubleshooting and adjustments
- Roof, seal, and exterior leak inspections
- Generator diagnostics and basic servicing
- Solar and battery system diagnostics
- Preventative maintenance inspections

1.2 RV Inspection Services
We provide comprehensive RV inspections including:
- Pre-purchase RV inspections
- Annual/maintenance inspections
- Safety and systems inspections

1.3 Service Area
Services are provided within a 50-mile radius of Centerville, Tennessee. Locations outside this radius may be accommodated at our discretion and may incur additional travel fees.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

2.1 Service Fees
- Service Call Fee: $75 (trip charge to your location)
- Hourly Labor Rate: $125 per hour
- Parts and materials are billed separately at cost plus markup
- Inspection pricing varies based on RV size and scope; quoted upfront

2.2 Estimates and Quotes
All estimates are provided in good faith based on initial diagnostics. Additional issues discovered during service may result in additional costs. We will notify you of any additional work required before proceeding.

2.3 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment
- A deposit may be required for parts ordering or extensive repairs

2.4 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the service call fee ($75).

3. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

3.1 Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. If a repair fails due to our workmanship within this period, we will re-perform the work at no additional labor charge.

3.2 Parts Warranty
Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in warranty claims when applicable, but we are not responsible for manufacturer defects or failures.

3.3 Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents after our service
- Normal wear and tear
- Repairs or modifications performed by others after our service
- Issues unrelated to the original service performed
- Failure to follow recommended maintenance

4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

4.1 Service Limitations
- We perform diagnostics and repairs based on industry standards and best practices
- Some repairs may require specialized tools, parts, or facilities not available in a mobile setting
- We reserve the right to decline service if we determine the repair is beyond our capabilities or requires shop-based equipment

4.2 Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including lost profits, travel expenses, or trip cancellations
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services
- We are not liable for issues arising from age, wear and tear, or manufacturer defects

4.3 Property Damage
While we exercise care in performing services, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to your RV
- Damage caused by rusted, corroded, or deteriorated components during repair attempts
- Issues discovered but not addressed during the service visit

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 Access and Safety
You agree to:
- Provide safe, adequate access to your RV and work areas
- Ensure pets are secured during service
- Disclose all known issues or prior repairs relevant to the service
- Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas
- Provide accurate information about your RV's make, model, and systems

5.2 Authorization
By scheduling service, you represent that you:
- Are the legal owner of the RV or have authorization to approve repairs
- Have the authority to approve charges and make payments
- Will be present or have an authorized representative present during service

6. INSPECTIONS DISCLAIMER

6.1 Pre-Purchase Inspections
Pre-purchase RV inspections are visual and functional assessments based on accessible components at the time of inspection. Our inspections:
- Do not guarantee the future performance or condition of any system
- Cannot detect hidden defects, future failures, or issues not present during inspection
- Are not a substitute for professional mechanical, structural, or engineering assessments
- Are opinions based on industry standards and our professional experience

6.2 Inspection Limitations
We cannot inspect:
- Components that are inaccessible without disassembly
- Systems that are not operational at time of inspection
- Issues that develop after the inspection date
- Compliance with local codes or regulations (unless specifically requested)

6.3 No Guarantee of Purchase Decision
Inspection results are informational only. The final purchase decision is solely your responsibility. We do not guarantee the RV's suitability for your intended use.

7. SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY

7.1 Appointments
- Services are provided by appointment only
- Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, previous service delays, or unforeseen circumstances
- We will notify you of any significant delays

7.2 Weather and Emergency Conditions
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or emergency situations.

8. MILITARY DISCOUNT

8.1 Eligibility
Veterans and active-duty military members are eligible for a discount with valid military ID presented at time of service.

8.2 Discount Terms
- Discount applies to labor charges only
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
- Must present valid military ID before service begins

9. PRIVACY AND DATA

9.1 Information Collection
We collect contact information, RV details, and service history to provide and improve our services.

9.2 Information Use
We use your information solely for:
- Scheduling and performing services
- Maintaining service records
- Communicating about your RV service needs
- Sending service reminders (if you opt in)

9.3 Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to process payments.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 Good Faith Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at (931) 404-4488 or Ron@SeabeeRV.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

10.2 Informal Resolution
Both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

10.3 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate court in Tennessee.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seabee RV Mobile Repair & Inspections from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of your RV after service
- Your failure to follow our recommendations
- Your failure to disclose relevant information
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by others

12. MISCELLANEOUS

12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Seabee RV Mobile Repair & Inspections regarding services provided.

12.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.

12.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.4 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms and Conditions do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

By scheduling or receiving services from Seabee RV Mobile Repair & Inspections, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- You agree to be bound by these terms
